John Russell
Democrat for Collin County Clerk
Over the last 6 years, I have been proud to call this county my home. Now, I am asking for the opportunity to serve it. I am running for County Clerk to ensure our public records are handled with ironclad security and that every resident receives the prompt, professional service they expect from their local government. Our county is growing, and our clerk’s office must evolve to meet today's challenges. I am running because I believe that safeguarding your personal data, streamlining public services, and keeping our local government transparent shouldn't just be goals—they should be guarantees. With a focus on modern security and efficient leadership, I will ensure this office works tirelessly for every family in Collin County.
